This book was written to help people become more effective in their communication and relationship with others.
The book cover was an illustrative and minimalistic design that showed two "individuals" in a conversation. One is listening and the other talking. That, according to the author, is the foundation of an healthy conversation.
The author loved the cover design and was extremely proud of it since it was an expression of what she had in mind, from our briefing session.
HIRING THE RIGHT CANDIDATE
The idea for this book cover was based on the fact that every recruitment process is in search of the ONE - the one right candidate.
That led to the usage of a chess piece. The Bishop seemed like the best choice (aside from the Knight piece) due to its ability to move extensively, serving and protecting.
The author, a Human Resource Professional absolutely loved it.
A PRACTICAL GUIDE ON ONCOLOGY NURSING
A Practical Guide on Oncology Nursing is a manual written by a Nurse to share her experience in the field and celebrate her retirement ceremony.
Oncology Nursing is about the care of patients with cancer. It provided the idea of using cells as the main image of the design.
And yes, the author loved the book which was launched on the author's retirement ceremony which went well.
THE MYSTERY OF THE CROSS REVEALED
One of my most expressive book covers!
The book is a faith-based one where the author wants to talk about the "untold" truths about the cross...truths that are often "mysterious" to new and young believers.
I decided to explore the mystery idea. The image of the cross was composited with a couple of other elements to enforce the feel.
The author loved it and the book was printed and shared across a number of countries.
